What we collect
Your email address, so you can sign in and we can contact you about your account.
A display name, if you choose to add one.
A count of how many AI prompts you have used, so free accounts know where they stand.
A record of your purchase, if you buy lifetime access.
What we don't collect
We don't sell your information to anyone.
We don't collect your contacts, your location or your files just because we can.
Payments
Payments are handled by our payment processor. Card details go to them, not to us. We only store the fact that a payment succeeded, the amount and the date.
Your apps and files
The apps you build with the SnapApp desktop app are saved on your own computer. They belong to you.
The text of a prompt is sent to an AI model so it can be turned into an app.
Your choices
You can update your profile at any time from your account page. To delete your account and the data attached to it, email hello@snapapp.example and we'll take care of it.
